Provider identification, privacy, copyright, liability and trademarks – as well as the contractual basis on which eyeT secure provides licences and vendor services. The German versions of all legal texts are authoritative.
Legal notice and privacy

The eyeT secure brand
eyeT secure is the service brand of eyeT GmbH. All services are offered under this brand; the contractual partner is eyeT GmbH, Otto-Hahn-Str. 11, Riemerling, D-85521 Ottobrunn near Munich, Germany, commercial register Munich Local Court HRB 161208. eyeT technologies is a word mark registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) under registration no. 30220611.6 for goods and services in classes 35, 38, 42 and 45. The mark was registered with priority of 2 April 2002 by eyeT Systems (founded 2001).
Terms and conditions
Four sets of terms apply to deliveries, orders and services of eyeT GmbH (formerly eyeT SecureTechnologies GmbH). They are published in German; the German text is legally binding. The English pages explain the scope of each document:
- General Terms of Delivery and Order (AGB) – version November 2026 (content from October 2012); the overarching terms for all business relationships, deliveries, software and licences.
- General Terms for Managed Security Services (AGBMSS) – version November 2026 (content from October 2012, clause 9 from May 2018).
- Terms for Services (AGBDS) – version November 2026 (content from October 2012); supplementary terms for consulting and implementation services (consulting, support, professional services).
- Terms for Training & Workshops (AGBSW) – version November 2026 (content from June 2010); terms of participation for courses, training and workshops.
Conflicting terms of the customer apply only if and insofar as eyeT GmbH has expressly acknowledged them in writing.
Contractual basis for vendor services and licences
Trellix licences and Trellix services (such as Managed Detection and Response, support) are provided by Trellix. The contractual relationship for the provision of these services and support exists between the customer and Trellix; scope and service level targets follow the vendor's service descriptions and licence terms. eyeT secure brokers the licences, is responsible for advisory, setup, integration and operational support according to the agreed service descriptions, and hands over the grant letter and licence certificates to the customer. The same applies to products and services from Skyhigh Security and Forcepoint.

eyeT GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our services are aimed at businesses and public-sector organisations.
