What the AGBSW cover

The AGBSW are the terms of participation for all open seminars, in-house training and workshops of eyeT GmbH.

Key provisions of the German document

• Registration: in writing (post, fax, email); limited number of participants; registrations are considered in order of receipt and confirmed in writing. Courses may be cancelled or moved to another venue for insufficient participation with notice at least 7 working days before the start; resulting costs cannot be claimed from eyeT GmbH.
• Fees: according to the individual quote or registration form; net prices plus statutory VAT; invoiced after the course and payable immediately without deduction.
• Services included: specially configured hardware and software, delivery of the stated contents, course materials, certificate and catering during breaks for open seminars; in-house and company courses by agreement.
• Liability: no claim to delivery in the event of trainer illness, force majeure or other unforeseeable events; no reimbursement of travel, accommodation or lost working time; no liability for indirect damage, accidents or loss of property.
• Cancellation: in writing at least 14 working days before the course; a processing fee of 20 % of the course fee (plus VAT) applies; later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full; a paying substitute participant may be named.
• Responsibility, data protection, copyright: course selection is the participant's responsibility; data is processed to perform the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, see the privacy policy); course materials and software may not be copied or passed on.
• Miscellaneous: severability; amendments require written form; place of jurisdiction is Munich.
