Terms for Services (AGBDS)
Supplementary terms of eyeT GmbH for consulting and implementation services in the field of information technology. Version November 2026 (formally updated version of the terms of October 2012). Responsible: eyeT GmbH, Juan J. Davila.
Binding languageThe AGBDS are published in German. The German text is the legally binding version; this page summarises its scope in English for orientation only. Open the German text (AGBDS). They supplement the General Terms (AGB).
What the AGBDS cover
The AGBDS apply in addition to the General Terms whenever eyeT GmbH provides personnel-based services – consulting, support, professional services, implementation and project work.
Structure of the German document
- Scope of application
- Content of services (state of the art at the time of performance; values provided by the customer may be assumed correct; services are provided in support of the customer – no specific result is owed)
- Performance of services (no integration of eyeT staff into the customer's business; limited right of instruction; subcontracting; regular working hours 08:00–18:00 on working days, surcharges outside these hours; one person-day equals 8 service hours)
- Cooperation of the customer (working conditions, decision-making contact person)
- Prices (fixed price or time and material; minimum of 4 hours per on-site assignment; travel time and expenses; remote assignments by actual effort; rate changes with 6 weeks' notice after 4 months; estimates are non-binding)
- Termination (by the customer at any time, by eyeT only for good cause; remuneration rules in the event of termination)
- Warranty (no warranty claim for services)
